Italian sausage sheet pan dinner
Simple one pan dinner. My favorite thing about sheet pan dinners are less dishes and after prepping you just put it in the oven with a timer on and wait for dinner to be done.
This is a dinner for under $20 and you will have leftovers for lunch or another dinner.
You’ll need a pack of Italian sausage, two green bell peppers, one onion, one pack of grape tomatoes. Wash and cut Vegetables to desired size, lay on pan, sprinkling salt, pepper, oregano, and spray a little bit of olive oil. Place Italian sausages down and then pop it in the oven at 425 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Always check the internal temperature of your meat, Italian sausage should reach 160-165 degrees. Once it is done I like to sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and pop it back in the oven until it’s all melted (it makes it taste like pizza, who doesn’t love pizza without all the added carbs from bread). Serve and enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 pack of Italian sausage
2 green bell peppers
1 medium size onion
1 pack of grape tomato’s
Optional: Mozzarella cheese
